- 3 tablespoons Naturade Milk and Egg protein
- 3 tablespoons ricotta cheese
- 8 ounces water
- 3 packets splenda packets
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 frozen strawberries, unsweetened
- 4 slices frozen peach slices, unsweetened
How to Prepare:
Put everything in a blender and blend on high until smooth and thick.
