Strawberries are a popular addition to dairy products, as in strawberry-flavored milk, ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, and yogurts. Strawberries contain fisetin, an antioxidant that has been studied to fight against Alzheimer's disease and to kidney failure resulting from diabetes. (Wikipedia)

Ingredients:

  • 1 Cup 1% milk
  • 1/4 Cup of Splenda
  • 6 Strawberries diced
  • 1 Glass of Ice
  • 1 small squirt fat free strawberry syrup

How to Prepare:
Blend in blender until ice is crushed and smooth.
