Cream teas are offered for sale in tea rooms throughout the United Kingdom. Where clotted cream is not available, whipped cream is sometimes used as a substitute. Tea may be consumed early in the day to heighten alertness; it contains theophylline and bound caffeine

Prep Time: 10 minutes
Effort: Easy

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup any flavor de-caf tea
  • 1 pack splenda
  • 1 cup heavy cream

How to Prepare:

  • Make some tea and let it cool
  • In 1 cup of tea, add splenda.
  • Whip cream until peaks form and slowly add the tea.
